My client designs, manufactures, installs, commissions and services Building Management Systems.

These systems control the heating, ventilating, air conditioning and security applications in buildings such as schools, hospitals and offices.

Covering the London & South East area.

Servicing BMS equipment and general planned maintenance.

Serviced breakdowns and repairs.

The job will involve servicing, maintenance and commissioning of various HVAC and controls equipment including Trend systems.

Living: London or South East

Building Management Systems service experience.

Working knowledge of the Trend controls.

Experience of servicing, maintenance and commissioning of various HVAC and controls equipment.

Salary £30k - £32k
